PraC-MARENG Plus Presented at UPCT Open Day 2026

The PraC-MARENG Plus project was proudly presented during the Open Day organized by the Technical University of Cartagena (UPCT) on 16 May 2026, offering an excellent opportunity to raise awareness of the project among prospective students, families, and the wider community.

The event attracted nearly 200 prospective university students and their families, bringing the total number of participants to over 350 attendees. The Open Day showcased UPCT’s academic programmes, services, research activities, and cultural initiatives, creating an engaging environment for interaction and knowledge sharing.

Representing the PraC-MARENG Plus project, Assoc. Prof. Yolanda Noguera Díaz and Dr. María del Camino Rea Rizzo participated in the event and introduced the project to attendees. They presented the project's objectives and highlighted its contribution to enhancing maritime education through innovative digital learning approaches and practical training methodologies.

The event also coincided with Cartagena's Night of the Museums, allowing visitors to further explore the city's cultural activities and science outreach workshops organized by UPCT researchers and students.
